Medipark is a contracted network provider for almost all reputable medical schemes. Our fees are strictly determined at the contracted scheme rates. We submit electronic claims directly to your medical scheme for services rendered by our doctors.

Please note that medicines dispensed from our dispensary are payable immediately and can then be claimed back from your medical scheme. All patients are free to request a written prescription to collect their medicines at any pharmacy of their choice.

We unfortunately do not accept any capitation options (i.e. Keycare, Delta, Necesse, etc.). Please contact our accounts department or your medical scheme to confirm whether our practice is on their network. Patients on these options are welcome to make use of our services as private patients and submit their claims to their medical schemes.

All patients on hospital plans will also be invoiced as a private patient and in the event of PMB chronic consultations, the invoice can be paid and claimed back from your medical scheme.
